SHIPPING U.S. PRIORITY BOXES: Not many people know that the glue on the Priority Boxes and Envelopes dries up in the heat. If sending anything in a US Priority Box, be sure and tape across the glued portion that closes the box and/or envelope. We had a Priority envelope arrive wide open with the box of jewelry just sitting there for anybody to take.

PRINTOUTS OF YOUR JEWELRY LISTING: If we ever delete the jewelry pictures and description before you are able to make a copy of it for your records, please email and we're happy to re-activate it for you until you are able to get a printout. If you don't have access to a printout, we're happy to print it out for you and send it with your package, or in a separate envelope.

GENERAL SITE TIPS:

CHECKOUT SYSTEM: There are Checkout Buttons near the top of every page and in the drop-down My Account menu on the most-top menu bar. Any questions, please email us.

RINGS & BRACELET SIZING: We are able to size down bracelets if too large, please inquire. Cost is $40.00 Visit the Sizing and Care Page where you'll find a printable measuring tape to measure your wrist as well as find helpful information about ring sizes and adjusting your bracelet.

Rings: If you see a ring that you like but the size is not correct, the ring shank can either be sized up or down, or an entirely new shank can be custom made to fit. It's much harder finding the stone than getting the ring to fit, so go for the stone first. Sizing within two sizes usually costs $20, beyond that will be a bit more. Email or call to inquire.

New! Clip Earrings available Most post earrings can be converted to clips if the top of the earring (stud) is large enough to hold the clip-back. Email if interested.

Returns on Lost Items during Shipment: Items lost in shipping are handled on an individual basis, and usually involve a store credit. No refunds are given.

  • There is a 'Search' Function at the top-right of every page. It can easily bring up only those items that you're interested in. Search by artist, material (turquoise, coral, etc), type of jewelry ( bracelet, ring and so on) or fetish animal (bear, mountain lion, etc). Also, all images are meant to be clicked on so that you can see other angles of the item in larger detail.

  • The site is usually updated 3-4 times a month. The 'Sold' items stay up about 48 hours before they're deleted to give you an opportunity to make a printout of the listing. We try to accurately and honestly portray the items you're going to receive as well as we can.

  • With regard to the new Turquoise bracelets listed on the Traditional Jewelry Pages, it cannot be overemphasized how much material it takes to make one bracelet: how many stones have to be cut and shaped to find even five or six of the same size, shape and color that will make one matching bracelet. Also how rare it is to have all this material set in only one bracelet, instead of cut into thin slices, backed and made into ten bracelets.

Only purists who love the stones (above the profit) will create these works of art. Every single high-grade turquoise bracelet on the site is one-of-a-kind and cannot be duplicated. They will just get better with wear and love and be beautiful five, ten, even one hundred years from now. They are alive, with spirit and intelligence, and will outlast us all. They are precious for their connection to, and reminder of, our Mother Earth.

  • eBAY: We are a long-time seller on ebay with over 3100 auctions and 100% Positive Feedback. Jewelry auctions run often. Our seller id on eBay is skystonetrading.com.

  • Most links should be working and, hopefully, have the right thing there when you arrive. The website was designed to be comfortable, and easy to navigate as well as find what you're looking for. If you don't see the 'Search' box, your monitor settings are probably not set to 600 x 800 pixels (or higher).

Problems with the website? Please email Julia at webmaster@skystonetrading.com

  • WEBSITE FEEDBACK: We invite you to share your experience with new visitors to the website on the Guestbook. Whatever you can share about your experience with our company, whether new or in the past, is meaningful and very much appreciated.

  • Thank you for your continued support and friendly emails. We'll keep trying to bring you those special, hand-picked pieces that are being created here in New Mexico. Hope you'll visit us often, as we're updating the website all the time.

  • With best wishes, "E:lah:kwa" - (that is Thank you in Zuni.)
